Born in Tampa, Florida, Mayra has lived in many different places as the daughter of migrant farmworkers who traveled during the crop season. After graduation, she moved to North Carolina where she worked for the local government until pursuing a career in Human Resources.

Mayra provides effective training and support to the Scheffer Group staff, as well as assistance with the many benefit options we have to offer. Her knowledge and experience in the field of Human Resources, combined with being bilingual and having a degree in Business Administration, make her an excellent addition to our team.
