Jordan Taylor was born and raised in Atlanta. Her mother, chef and restaurateur, began Jordan’s journey at the young age of 11 where she started out as a dishwasher and quickly trained all positions involving the back of house. As she grew older she branched out to different restaurants and positions involving the front of house and managing.  There’s not a position in a restaurant Jordan can’t do. After working for Vinnie’s Neighborhood Italian in several positions, including General Manager, and then Cielo’s Catering Director, she is now the Director of Staff and Culture for all of the Scheffer Group brands. Her years of experience in the kitchen, service, and catering make her a great leader on our team.
